Snapchat is a popular social media platform that allows users to share pictures and videos, known as Snaps. However, some users may want to keep their saved Snaps private and password-protected. Here are the steps to do so:
Part 1: Moving a Snap to My Eyes Only
1. Tap the smaller circle button to access the Memories menu.
2. Tap and hold a Snap you want to make private.
3. Tap Move to My Eyes Only.
4. Create and confirm a four-digit passcode to access the My Eyes Only section.
5. Tap Move to move the Snap to the My Eyes Only section.
Part 2: Accessing Private Snaps
1. Tap My Eyes Only in the Memories menu.
2. Enter the four-digit passcode you created to access your private Snaps.
It is important to note that if you forget your passcode, there is no way to recover it. Also, if you log out of your Snapchat account or uninstall the app, your saved Snaps in the My Eyes Only section will be deleted. Therefore, it is recommended to save a backup of important Snaps outside of Snapchat.
