Google Sheets is an app that can help you organize your data on Android devices. Here’s how you can freeze a column in a Google Sheets file on an Android phone or tablet. To freeze any column, open the Google Sheets app on your device and tap the file you wish to edit. Next, tap the letter above the column you want to freeze, and then tap the letter again when a menu appears. Scroll down the menu and tap Freeze, then tap the blue check mark at the top-left corner of the sheet. Your column is now frozen in place. To freeze the first column(s), open the Google Sheets app, tap the file you want to edit, and then tap the Sheet button near the bottom-left corner of the screen. Next, tap the Freeze button and select either the first column or the first ‘n’ columns that you want to freeze. Finally, tap the blue check mark at the top-left corner of the sheet to complete the process.
